RATES

Weekend rates
Standard rate is $720 for a weekend (Friday and Saturday nights).
Additional nights are $180 per night.

Peak rates (December - January)
Standard rate is $2,450 for 7 nights.
Only week-long bookings are available in the summer period. 
​Where possible, bookings should begin and end on a Friday. 

Off-peak rates  (February - November)
$1,750 for a 7 night booking. Standard weekend rate applies. 

Long weekends and Easter
Long weekends are a minimum 3 night stay. $1,200 for 3 nights.
Easter is a minimum 4 night stay. $1,900 for 4 nights.

All bookings outside of summer are for a minimum of 2 nights, excluding long weekends and Easter.

Security bond applies to all bookings.
Cleaning fee may apply to bookings of 6 or more people.
