RATEsWeekend Rates
Standard rate is $400 a weekend (Friday and Saturday nights). Summer Rates (December - January) Standard rate is $1300 for 7 nights. Only week-long bookings are available in the summer period. Where possible, bookings should begin and end on a Friday. Spring and Autumn Rates (February-May and September-November) $1100 for a 7 night booking. Standard weekend rate applies. Winter Rates (June-August) $880 for 7 night booking. Standard weekend rate applies. Email for a special winter price if booking mid-week. Long weekends and Easter Bookings for long weekends are for a minimum of 3 nights, at $660. Bookings for Easter are a minimum of 4 nights, at $990. Please enquire for mid-week or long-term rental discounts. All bookings outside of summer are for a minimum of 2 nights, excluding long weekends and Easter. Security bond applies to all bookings. A special bond may apply to bookings made by under 25s. |

Other INformation to noteGuests have access to both levels of the house and to the shed with table tennis, and gas and Weber BBQs.
Each level of Periwinkles is completely self contained, with separate exterior access. There is no internal staircase between upstairs and downstairs, however stairs from the outside balcony to the downstairs patio make moving between levels easy. Quilts and pillows are provided, but guests must BYO sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be supplied for an extra $20/person. Second Valley township operates on rainwater. We ask that our guests are mindful of their water usage while staying at Periwinkles.
